Recipe of the Week - Antipasto

Recipe of the Week ~~ Antipasto ~~ lt;br / gt;

3 green peppers, chopped lt;br / gt;
1 tin tuna lt;br / gt;
1 tin mushroom pieces (not juice) lt;br / gt;
1 cup green sweet relish lt;br / gt;
1 tin broken green olives (no pimento) lt;br / gt;
1 tin ripe black pitted olives lt;br / gt;
1 small head cauliflower lt;br / gt;
20 oz ketchup lt;br / gt;
10 oz chili sauce lt;br / gt;
2 garlic cloves lt;br / gt;
pinch cinnamon lt;br / gt;
1/2 cup vinegar lt;br / gt;
1 bay leaf lt;br / gt;
lt;br / gt;
Fry peppers in oil. Add mushrooms, relish, garlic, cinnamon, amp; crushed bay leaf. Cook until hot. Add vinegar amp; bring to a boil. Add chili sauce, olives, ketchup, amp; cauliflower. Boil. Add tuna amp; simmer 10 minutes. Put into sterilized jars. Let sit 1 week before serving. lt;br / gt;
