Infertile Hefner gets dumped - but has twin back-up plan

Los Angeles - Octogenerian ladies ' man Hugh Hefner has come clean about the break-up of his relationship with Holly Madison, the model that the Playboy founder called "the love of my life. "Hefner, 82, told E Online that the relationship started to crumble about six months ago when they learned he was unable to father a child.

"With my sperm count, it 's not possible, " Hefner explained. "I was willing, but it was not possible. She 'd like to be married and have children, but it 's not in the cards here for me. "

"If she says it 's over, it 's over, " Hefner said. "But like I have said before, she is the love of my life, and I expected to spend the rest of my life with her. "

Don 't shed too many tears for the pajama-loving king of the infamous Playboy mansion. He has already lined up Madison 's replacements - a pair of 19-year-old twins named Kristina and Karissa Shannon, who interviewed for the job earlier this month.

"They very much want to be girlfriends and now under the present circumstance, they probably will become my girlfriends, " Hefner said.
