		 <description><![CDATA[Apologies to vegetarians reading this but I enjoy a good steak on the grill. And, increasingly it seems, so do many other people across the world - or pork, chicken, mutton, lamb and other meat. So much so that it is jeopardizing our soils, our air and our water. But it's often the livestock producers, rather than the consumers, who unfairly bear the brunt of the blame.]]></description>
