Tamara Croes is an environmental engineer and consultant with 20 years of experience. She has worked for various consultancy bureaus and freelanced for a.o. the Caribbean Hotel Organization, the Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism, various hotel organizations in the Caribbean, various individual hotels, the World Bank, the Caribbean Tourism Organization and various utility companies. She is a certified ISO 9000 and 14000 lead auditor. She has worked in the Netherlands and the Caribbean and has lived in the Netherlands, on Aruba, Curacao, in Burkina Faso, and in northern Italy. She currently resides in Sweden where she is now working as a freelance consultant, writer and translator.
