BEIJING, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd.
("Xinyuan" or "the Company") (NYSE: XIN), a residential real estate developer

announced that it plans to release third quarter 2009 financial results on
Monday, November 9, 2009, before the U.S. market open.
The Company will hold a conference call at 8:00 am ET on November 9, 2009
