Merritt, President, James Lee Witt Associates (JLWA), its Crisis Management and Preparedness Services Division, will speak at the new Public Security and Safety session at the ISC East 2009 Conference at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City on October 28. Merritt will speak on executing Homeland Security in a session that is free and open to all attendees of the event.
