(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 09, 2009 ) HOUSTON, TX – Goal Zero Media, one of the nation’s fastest growing web-based safety training platforms, has entered into a contract agreement with Zurich Services Corporation Risk Engineering division. The terms of the contract are undisclosed but Zurich will provide a complete examination as training material that is added to the website.
“It was extremely important that we get an outside party to evaluate the training material we make available to our members. There has been so much material added to the site over the last several months and so much more going up in the near future that we really needed to add this value for our members,” said Ken Hebert, Goal Zero Media President.
One of the services Goal Zero Media offers its members is access to a substantial safety and training library. This safety and training material database is available to all members and includes multiple safety training curriculums, training worksheets, topic points and direct web links to other useful training information. This data base was built by consultants and customers working in partnership with the Goal Zero Media staff to create a “one stop” location for safety and training material on a variety of safe work practices.
Under the new agreement Zurich will evaluate new training material that Goal Zero Media members may use to train their employees. Zurich brings an extensive expertise and was brought on board to strengthen both the quality and effectiveness of the safety and training material on the Goal Zero Media platform. “We have safety directors and human resource department using this information and we are taking every measure possible to insure the highest level of quality,” adds Hebert.
The Goal Zero Media library includes safety training videos, testing, and safety compliance documentation features for companies that require a measurement of employee retention.
