Lonestar Capital Corporation ("Lonestar" or "The Company") (TSX VENTURE: LON.P) is pleased to announce J. Peter Lynch, has joined the Company as Executive Vice President of Strategic Development.
Mr. Lynch is a leading Wall Street analyst and private equity authority on investing in renewable energy. During the last 30 years he has raised or assisted in raising well over $500M in investment capital for early stage solar energy-related companies and other types of renewable energy technologies and is a highly sought after advisor on solar industry technologies. He has served as an officer, director or advisor to numerous companies over the years with a primary focus on technology development and strategic partnering. In addition, he has worked during those 30 years as an independent securities analyst in small emerging technology companies with a primary focus in alternative energy and has served as a contributing editor to leading alternative energy publications primarily directed at the solar industry.
