Deal Brings The Network to more than 22,000 Additional Area Business Professionals CHICAGO, Aug. 14
CHICAGO, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Wall Street Journal Office Network (The WSJ Office Network) announced today that it has signed an agreement with full-service commercial real estate firm Akridge, on behalf of major investor, ING Clarion, to install its network into 10 Akridge-managed properties in the nation's Capital. Totaling more than 1.5 million square feet, the buildings include The Homer Building, One Metro Center, owned by ING Clarion and managed by Akridge, and Carroll Square among others.
The new agreement, negotiated by Brett Greenberg, Office Media Network's Senior Vice President of Real Estate Market Development, will increase national viewership of The Network to two million business professionals per month.
Developed by Office Media Network (OMN) and Dow Jones & Company, The WSJ Office Network delivers up-to-the-minute news, building communications and highly targeted digital advertising through high-definition flat screens located in the lobbies and elevators of premier office buildings across the country.
The agreement reflects Akridge's award-winning commitment and attention to customer service, as recognized by such organizations as BOMA, NAIOP's Maryland and D.C. chapters, the District of Columbia Chamber of Commerce, The District of Columbia Building Industry Association, Ernst & Young, and Mass Mutual.
With today's announced expansion, The WSJ Office Network is now in a total of 14 million square feet of Class A buildings in the greater Washington area.
