TORONTO, ONTARIO -- 11/25/09 --
Wabi Exploration Inc. ("The Company") is pleased to announce that effective November 24, 2009, the following cease trade orders previously issued against the Company have all been concurrently revoked by the relevant provincial securities regulators:
(a) an order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on September 11, 2007, as extended by a further order dated September 21, 2007, for failure of the Company to file its audited financial statements and management discussion and analysis relating to the audited financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2007, on or before the filing deadline of August 28, 2007.
(b) an order issued by the Autorite des marches financiers on September 14, 2007, as extended by a further order dated October 1, 2007, for failure of the Company to file its audited financial statements and management discussion and analysis relating to the audited financial statements for the years ended April 30, 2007, 2003, and 2002, and for failing to file its interim financial statements for the periods ended July 31 and October 31 of 2004, January 31, July 31, and October 31 of 2003, July 31 and October 31 of 2002, and October 31, 2001.
The Company has now filed the necessary documents on SEDAR and has met its continuous disclosure obligations and is up-to-date on all of its filings.
