LOS ANGELES, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Voto Latino, a non-partisan voter
engagement organization, is hosting a live blog as a prelude to the State of
Latinos: 2008 Colorado Town Hall Meeting.
The live blog session at http://www.votolatino.org will take place on May
22 from 3 pm - 6 pm EDT/ 1 pm - 4 pm PDT with key Voto Latino representatives
fielding questions to elicit themes that will be presented during the State of
Latinos: 2008 Colorado Town Hall Meeting to be held on May 30 in Denver. The
event will later be broadcast on Azteca America in early June.
"We're excited to be able to unite our voter engagement activities with
the effort of State of Latinos: 2008 Colorado Town Hall Metting to create a
comprehensive Latino agenda to present to our representatives at this
important moment of our nation's history," said Maria Teresa Peterson,
founding executive director of Voto Latino, who will also be participating as
a panelist during the town hall meeting.

Latino with the goal of making sure our community is taken into account during
