Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) November 9, 2009 -- Modavox, Inc. (OTCBB:MDVX - News), Internet broadcasting pioneer, producing and syndicating online audio and video, today announced that U.S. designers, Dennis Rolland and Andre L. Michel will join Penny Calcina, host of Your Inner Journey radio program on 7th Wave Network (http://www.7thwavenetwork.com) Monday, November 16, at 8 AM Pacific Time/ 11 AM Eastern Time.
Each year the ICEHOTEL, located above the Arctic Circle in Swedish Lapland, becomes a platform for contemporary ephemeral art. Artists from around the globe compete to design and construct ICEHOTEL's Art & Design Suites. The 15 winning entries for ICEHOTEL's Art & Design Suites 2009-10 competition include the New York City-based design team of Andre Landeros Michel and Dennis Rolland, whose "Gotham on Ice" suite received a huge nod from the Nordic judges. Their winning proposal offered nuances of Manhattan's skyline, Cole Porter's tunes, and a spark of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.
In November, Michel and Rolland will board a plane for Sweden to craft their design into a habitable ice suite that will be made using only ice and snow for material. They will have 2.5 weeks to complete the instillation.
"Your Inner Journey" airs live on Mondays at 8 AM Pacific / 10 AM Central / 11 AM Eastern on 7th Wave Network. To access the show, log on at http://www.7thwavenetwork.com. All shows will be available in Penny Calcina's Content Library on 7th Wave Network for on-demand and pod cast download.
