US Airways Gives Dividend Miles Members More Choice and Flexibility with the New GoAwards Program

Currently, Dividend Miles members have two award levels to choose from when booking award travel: Saver and Standard. GoAwards introduces four award levels: Off-Peak, Low, Medium and High. Off-Peak and Low are offered on days when travel demand is lower, while Medium and High are offered on days when travel demand is greater. Customers will have access to last-seat availability, and will be able to combine Coach, First and Envoy cabins and dates at various mileage levels.

“We’re always looking at new ways to improve the redemption experience for our members and allow them to use their miles when they want, where they want and how they want,” said Fernand Fernandez, director of Marketing Programs for US Airways. “With GoAwards, our frequent flyers will be able to book more travel when they want to more than 1,000 destinations in 171 countries on US Airways or our Star Alliance partners.”
