SharedXpertise, an independent, global

of the program for this month's HRO World Summit Europe. Historically held
in Brussels, this year's event has moved to the Grange St. Paul in central
London and, despite the economic conditions, has already garnered a
record-breaking number of pre-registrations from client-side organisations.
The conference will open the evening of 17 November with a welcome
reception sponsored by Neeyamo, an HRO company that specializes in

keynotes -- held on the morning of 18 November -- feature author Christophe
Laval presenting "The Intersection of Three European HR Megatrends"; the

leading global expert on improving organisational performance through
people, addressing the vital role of HR.
Delegates at this year's event can attend learning sessions on
business-critical HR topics such as
multi-country payroll outsourcing, innovation in learning, recruitment
process outsourcing (RPO); global talent management; and human resource
outsourcing (HRO). A series of actual end-user case studies will be
presented, as well as a series of highly interactive panel discussions
featuring industry experts.
At the end of the day on 18 November, HROA Europe will announce the
much-awaited details of its annual awards, recognising those client-vendor
relationships that have produced outstanding business results.
The conference's theme for 2009 is "Driving the CEO's agenda through HR
operations and effective sourcing." Faye Holland, Managing Director of
