NEW YORK, July 21 U-Mining-negotiations
NEW YORK, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - U Mining Resources Inc. (Other OTC:UMNG.PK - News) today announces that it has been negotiating to acquire a percentage ownership of operational Guinean mining claims. This Guinean firm presently has offices and production mines and additional contracts in various fields in Guinea. Furthermore, these mines presently operate with up to 300 employees. Under the leadership and involvement of U Mining personnel, the production capability of these mines will lead to accessibility in developing other resource claims throughout the country and will enable UMNG and its new partners to commence further exploration and production without any delay. New board members will be nominated which are based in Guinea. Lastly, the success of these negotiations will revitalize the Company's original intent in the country.
It is with the same intentions as those of U Mining that these new partners will pursue the reconstruction of the country's foundations and infrastructure with new schools, hospitals and the realization of a deep water seaport in Conakry.
