LIVINGSTON, N.J., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Tyden Group Holdings Corporation, a portfolio company of Crimson Investment, announced on Wednesday, November 4th, the acquisition of E.J. Brooks Company, a leading provider of security seals and metering related products.

As a result of the acquisition, the company will be reorganized into the following three business units.

  • Tyden Brooks Security Products Group - The two global security seal companies, formerly TydenBrammall and E.J. Brooks, will be combined to form the Tyden Brooks Security Products Group. The headquarters for this group will be located in Livingston, New Jersey.
  • Tyden Brooks Utility Products Group - The UPG division, a premier supplier of metering-related products such as meter adapters, test switches, meter sockets and seals sold to utilities, will continue to operate as a standalone business with its headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
  • Telesis Technologies - The Telesis division that provides laser and mechanical direct part marketing systems for product identification and traceability applications will continue to operate as a standalone business with its headquarters in Circleville, Ohio.
