One of Tricom's primary strengths is litigation support services. Apex's offerings include a full line of litigation support services for electronic files including media restoration, reduction strategies and electronic file conversion of hundreds of file types, and file processing options for various file types. The company also is a leading provider of other traditional litigation support services such as coding, imaging and copying. The acquisition by Tricom enables Apex to add offshore coding capabilities rather than outsourcing them to other firms. At the same time, being part of a larger group helps provide a distinct price advantage for its services.
