TORONTO, ONTARIO -- 11/25/09 -- Tribute Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or "Tribute") (TSX VENTURE: TBM) wishes to announce assay results of diamond drill core samples from its fall 2009 exploration program of the Sunday Anomaly VTEM targets located in the "Ring of Fire" property package of the James Bay Lowlands referred to in the press releases dated November 4 and 11, 2009. The targets are hosted within Tribute's wholly-owned South Bend Property located 30 km east southeast of the First Nation community of Webequie and 40 kilometres west of Noront's Eagle Nest Ni-Cu-PGE Deposit. Assay results have returned encouraging copper with minor nickel values. Assay values of note are listed as follows:

Drillhole Downhole(m) Cu(%) Ni(%)
--------------------------------------------------------
GB-09-01 95.9-96.3 1.20 0.03
GB-09-02 59.2-61.4 0.31 0.03
GB-09-05 95.4-96.6 0.50 0.12
GB-09-07 98.8-102.4 0.31 0.02

The sulphide mineralization of the intersections consists predominantly of narrow sections of stringer to semi-massive to massive banded pyrrhotite with lesser pyrite interspersed with blebs and disseminations of chalcopyrite hosted within pyroxenite ultramafic rocks and cut by felsic intrusive dykes and granitic gneiss.

The results for holes GB-09-01 and 02 are significant because they occur within a VTEM conductor overlying a ZTEM anomaly estimated to be located between 300-600 metres at depth as discussed in the press release dated September 10, 2009. The sulphide intersection in GB-09-01 is situated down-dip from the intersection in GB-09-02. The interpretation of Crone EM borehole surveys completed on holes GB-09-01, 02 and 04 remain pending and will aid in the targeting of subsequent drilling in the area. Based upon these results, plans for follow-up exploration are to continue to drill test VTEM conductors along the Sunday Anomaly trend plus deeper ZTEM targets in the vicinity of holes GB-09-01 and 02.

Ian Brodie-Brown President and CEO states: "Management is encouraged by these results as the geological setting and character of the sulphide mineralization warrants continued exploration along strike and at depth. The targets drilled on the reconnaissance program indicate that the environment of the Sunday anomaly VTEM and ZTEM targets are favourable for Ni/Cu magmatic deposits."

The drill core samples sent for assay were split in half using a diamond saw, sealed in secure packages, and shipped by bonded carrier to Activation Laboratories in Geraldton for preparation. Sample pulps were then shipped to Activation Laboratories in Thunder Bay for Code 8-4 ore grade analysis for Cu and Ni and Code 1C-OES Fire Assay ICP for Au, Pt and Pd. A duplicate unknown to the laboratory was submitted per batch of ten samples. A polymetallic standard, unknown to the laboratories, was included with each submission of samples. Activation Laboratories fulfilled standard QA/QC protocols.

The technical information in this press release was reviewed and approved by Trevor Boyd, P. Geo.,Vice President Exploration for Tribute and a qualified person (QP) for the purposes of NI 43-101.
