REC has completed two "GREEN LEED" projects. REC exceeded 94.7%, LEED certification at the Regent Park, the Toronto Community Housing Corporation TCHC and Toronto Revitalization environmental remediation and demolition project, and achieved over 75% LEED certification at the Queen’s University, Jock Harty Demolition PCL Constructors project in Kingston, Ontario.
