The Search Agency (TSA), a leading search

today that it has appointed Barbara Palmer as President effective
immediately. Palmer, an operations and marketing executive with more than
17 years of experience, was most recently a Principal in 2 Degrees
Ventures, Inc., a branded entertainment professional services agency.

strategic investment from JMI Equity, a leading private equity firm focused
on investments in growing software and business services companies. The
Search Agency plans to use the investment from JMI to expand its sales and
marketing efforts, and to support the continued research and development of
the company's proprietary technology.

Marketing to VP Business Development to Senior VP Marketing Operations at
United Online and was responsible for customer acquisition and retention,
as well as member lifecycle and user experiences. She began her career in
the entertainment industry at Paramount Pictures, Planet Hollywood and
Universal Studios Hollywood.
