The new endorsements reinforce the company's continued commitment to
offering its network of independent agents a broad appetite and total solution
for their commercial clients. The company's commercial lines product suite
includes world class coverage for standard lines of business, workers'
compensation, marine, bond and specialty risks.

loss settlement option for business income; and spoilage.
Avenues Lawyers Deluxe Broadening Endorsement combines coverage available
in the standard Deluxe endorsement, such as coverage for employee dishonesty
including ERISA; contractual penalties; and fine arts, and adds new coverage
designed to address exposures of lawyers' offices. These important customized
coverages include library coverage; loss settlement options; practice
interruption utility services -- direct damage and business income; and fire
legal liability.

new endorsements will be available in the majority of the states in which The
Hanover writes business (excluding FL).
By packaging coverage as an endorsement, The Hanover is offering
