LAKEWOOD, Colo., June 20 CO-Mesa-Laboratories
LAKEWOOD, Colo., June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mesa Laboratories, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLAB) announces its next generation of high performance data loggers now with real-time capability, the new DataTrace(R) RF System. Historically there were two ways to collect data from a process: wired logging systems or wireless data loggers. DataTrace RF provides the best of both worlds and the reliability of over 25 years of process data logging experience. The DataTrace system is now combined with state-of-the-art radio frequency (RF) technology, allowing for a real-time view of any process.

The DataTrace RF System is comprised of Data Loggers (Transmitters), Repeaters (Signal Relay Devices), a Host (Receiver) and Software. It includes all the features and performance current customers have come to expect from previous DataTrace systems, and adds the capability to transmit data to the PC in real time through our proprietary DTLinc RF network. DTLinc operates on 2.4 GHz, which is usable worldwide without a special license and uses an energy efficient and robust "Point-to-Point" configuration to maximize battery life and is ideally suited to its target applications.
The ability to view process or validation data instantly saves valuable time and can prevent costly processing mistakes. It is no longer necessary to wait until your process cycle is completed to see the results. Simply program the Loggers using the DataTrace highly secure FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software, place them in the process and start receiving data instantly at your PC through the DTLinc network. The customer never has to worry about losing data with DTLinc's exclusive AutoRecover(TM) feature which ensures 100% of the data is received and stored in the DataTrace RF database and made available for further analysis.
The DataTrace RF System was designed for fast and easy setup, data collection and report generation. Food, pharmaceutical and other industries seeking ways to optimize manufacturing processes, improve products, ensure quality, meet regulatory requirements and save time and money have some powerful new data logging tools at their fingertips with the DataTrace(R) RF System.
