LAKE MARY, Fla. - (Business Wire) The Amacore Group, Inc., (OTCBB: ACGI), a leader in providing health-related membership benefit programs, insurance programs, and other innovative and high quality solutions to individuals, families and employer groups nationwide, today announced that after just two months of the second quarter 2008 its revenue for the second quarter has already exceeded the total revenue reported for the first quarter 2008 of $5.5 million.

Jay Shafer, President of the Amacore Group, said, Our strategic distribution channels continue to be the driver of our top line revenue as seen in our sales performance for the first two months of the second quarter. Remarkably, prior to the end of the first two months of Amacores 2008 second quarter, we had already exceeded our total top line revenues of $5.5 million achieved during the first quarter of 2008. We fully expect this top line growth pattern to continue for the remainder of the second quarter with our final second quarter revenue exceeding first quarter revenue by no less than 45%. Substantially, all our growth remains organic, driven by our business model and unique and ever-expanding distribution channels. Our operating expenses remain in proportion to, or slightly lower than, first quarter 2008 expenses. We remain solidly on course to attain the revenues and profitability projected in our announcement of April 15, 2008.
