Kearns, who was previously director of business development, will lead deal execution, drive management team decisions, and identify and manage the performance of global OEM, reseller and business partnership opportunities.

Kearns has more than 25 years of experiences in sales, channel management and business development. Before joining Teneros in June 2007 he spent six years as director of business development at Lucent Technologies. He also led international business development and sales teams for Sync Research, Motorola and Fujitsu, resulting in numerous successful partnerships and major sales contracts with leading enterprises around the world.
