Leading Reporter Joins Leading TV Publication 
LOS ANGELES, April 23 /PRNewswire/ -- TelevisionWeek and TVWeek.com are delighted to announce that Joe Adalian, one of the leading journalists covering broadcast television, is joining its team as Deputy Editor/Columnist. Bringing more than 15 years of experience covering the TV beat to bear, Mr. Adalian will focus on analytical stories and the biggest news in the broadcast realm, producing a weekly column, a blog and breaking news stories.
Mr. Adalian has spent the last 10 years at Variety, nine of them as TV editor. Before that, he had a five year turn at the New York Post. He also has written for TV Guide, Playboy and the Boston Herald.
"I'm looking forward to working with Joe day-in and day-out to produce agenda-setting stories that will push TelevisionWeek and TVWeek.com to the forefront of media journalism," said TVWeek Editor Greg Baumann.
Mr. Adalian is joining TVWeek on May 12, in time to bolster coverage of the upfront advertising selling season.
