NEW YORK - (Business Wire) Target Health Inc., an industry-leading eCRO, announced the release of version 1.7 of Target e*CRF®, its innovative eClinical trial software solution. This enhanced version of the company’s proven EDC software provides the pharmaceutical industry and CROs with a cost-effective EDC solution which includes Online Randomization, Query System, Cross-form Edit Checks, Batch Edit Checks, User Management by the Sponsor or CRO, Communication Tools and Compliance with 21CFR Part 11. According to Target Health’s President, Dr. Jules T. Mitchel, “Target e*CRF Version 1.7 was developed in close partnership with one of Target Health’s premier clients, and is based on input from all areas of the clinical trial process, including trials management, data management, and biostatistics.” Mitchel added that “usability and user-friendliness are key to our success and that all of our software products must satisfy rigorous user acceptability testing.” Target e*CRF® has been used in over 160 studies, 4 approved NDAs, 1 approved BLA, and 10 approved PMAs, as well as for approvals in Canada and Europe. Target Health expects an additional European approval this year on top of 2 FDA approvals already in 2009.
