the appointment of Susan Angelo as senior vice president of managed care. In
her new role, she will be responsible for all product, business development
and underwriting strategies for managed care liability, reporting to Steve
Spina, who oversees the health-care business for the company.

Angelo brings nearly 20 years of experience within the managed care
professional liability industry. Most recently, she was vice president and
product line manager for managed care liability at Lexington Insurance
Company, an AIG member company. A frequent lecturer on the state of the
managed care professional liability industry, Angelo has collaborated with the
Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) in shaping the curriculum
for the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter program.
