The brand received the distinction at the China Hotel Industry Annual Human Resources Meeting held in Guangzhou from February 16th to 18th 2008. The event was co-hosted by China Hotel Magazine, Chinese Tourism Newspaper, Chinahotelhr.com, and China Hotel Industry Celebrity Club. The award criteria was based on national staff surveys, online and short message voting, and third-party expert reviews.
