Agent of Change Sees Opportunity Again in Challenging Times

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) November 9, 2009 -- Advertising creative director Dan Katz started his first ad agency, LA ads, during the recession of the early 90’s and built it into one of the top independents in Los Angeles.
