NEW YORK - (Business Wire) Los Angeles’ premiere metal band, Steel Panther, has been igniting both the Sunset and Las Vegas Strips with their outrageous stage presence and attire (or maybe it’s their hairspray?) as the greatest metal show ever! The lead track on the band’s major label debut from Universal Republic Records FEEL THE STEEL, “Death to All but Metal,” will be available as an iTunes “Single of the Week,” starting November 17. With shredding guitar riffs, thunderous drum beats, and pop-bashing lyrics, the song truly proves its title name. Also available the same day is Steel Panther’s boisterous cover of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing.”

"’Don't Stop Believing’ was and easy choice for a cover,” the band’s front man Michael Starr said. “All the chicks totally love it and it gets them really excited."

“And if you just want to rock out, download our “Death to All Metal!” adds guitarist Satchel.

The four member band, which includes the effervescent Starr, Stix Zadinia on drums, Satchel on guitar, and bassist Lexxi Foxxx, has been entertaining fans and scores of rock and entertainment VIPs with their raucous antics via L.A.'s longest running heavy metal show on the Sunset Strip. The show currently runs at the infamous Key Club every Monday night and residencies at the Green Valley Ranch and The Aliante in Las Vegas. Steel Panther’s live set incorporates original tracks from FEEL THE STEEL, like “Death to All but Metal,” as well as classic covers from the 80’s hair-metal era, which are always crowd pleasers.

If you haven’t ‘felt the steel’ be sure to pick up a copy of the album—already available or get a taste of an original track for free and an epic cover song on iTunes November 17!
