PHOENIX, May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Gorenter.com, considered by many to be the
state's leading property management company for single-family homes, with
nearly 2,000 homes under management, has added "The New" before its name to
reflect new directions and a new corporate culture, inside and out, according
to Berne Fleming, Chief Operations Officer.
Earlier this year, Fleming and two others purchased the property
management and investment organization. Alan Davis and Greg Dawson are the two
other owners.
"Adding 'The New' in front of our formal corporate name is an identifier

Gorenter.com and secondly to the culture changes and new product and service
directions in which the company is headed," said Fleming in introducing "The
New" Gorenter.com. "It's a way to call attention to our commitment to
integrity, ethics and customer-service direction that we are introducing to
employees and to our many investors, property owners and tenants across the
state."

renters almost second-class citizens," Davis added in making the announcement.
