Standout Jobs was founded in February 2007 by Ben Yoskovitz, Fred Ngo and Austin Hill to power companies' online recruiting efforts and help them stand out from the crowd. The company's RECEPTION(TM) product brings the latest Web consumer experiences - easy, personal and dynamic - to the recruiting process. At the heart of RECEPTION is a do-it-yourself interactive career site that leverages social media tools and principles, including video, blogging and widgets, to showcase a company's culture and team.
