by the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, as the redeveloper of seven acres of
prime waterfront marina property in downtown Fort Pierce.

"electricity" for the community over the last century. Snyder plans on
delivering a different type of "electricity" to the community by creating a

economic growth of the downtown area, but also shows that Fort Pierce is
the best kept secret on the East coast of Florida. The look and the feel
of the area will be similar to other successful redevelopments such as San
Antonio's "Riverwalk" and downtown Oklahoma City's "Bricktown" area.
