Smokefree Innotec Product Subject of New Zealand Focus Group Testing

The 2.5-hour focus group test of the "REAL Smokefree High-Tec Cigarette" took place the 22nd of October 2009 at Bryant West's Head Office in Auckland, New Zealand. Participants were divided into 4 groups, on average including 3 - 4 heavy smokers and 4 - 5 moderate smokers from the wider Auckland area and selected from a broad and diverse social demographic.

In particular, Bryant West was interested in the group's product absorption, the effect of the product on the end user, the ease of product usage, the proposed costs of the product as well as the end users perceived benefits and concerns of "REAL -- the 1st Smokefree High-Tec Cigarette."

In general, the participants in those focus groups agreed that REAL is a viable solution and smoking alternative. The moderate smokers in the focus groups reported that they believe that the product will greatly aid in changing their smoking habits. 85% of the participants believed that the effects of REAL where comparable to normal cigarette smoking and 70% reported that they would actively use the product if available as a consumer item. Interestingly, all participants, from heavy smokers to low usage smokers all freely commented on the positive after-taste of Smokefree Innotec's "totally smoke-free cigarette."
