BEDFORD, N.H. - (Business Wire) Centrix Bank (OTC Bulletin Board: CXBT) President/CEO Joseph B. Reilly announced today that Sherilyn Burnett Young has been appointed to the Bank’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Young brings an extensive background in environmental law, with significant experience in estates and trusts as well as corporate, commercial and public finance transactions to Centrix Bank’s Board of Directors. In addition, she served on the Horizon Bank Board of Directors and was a former member of the Advisory Board for Primary Bank.

She was recently named by New Hampshire Magazine as one of the top environmental lawyers in New Hampshire, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Who’s Who in American Law and Chambers and Partners USA. Ms. Young is a resident of Concord, NH.
