A New Collection of Sophisticated Bedding for the Master Bedroom SAUSALITO, Calif., Oct. 6

SAUSALITO, Calif., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Serena & Lily, the premier linens and homewares company, introduces Luxe, a new line of luxurious adult bedding. The two collections, Madeira and Peridot, are both woven in a premier Italian textile mill and crafted with the utmost attention to detail. Available in September, these linens will join a robust line of bedding for every room, in addition to homewares such as lamps, rugs, pillows, low V.O.C. paint and furniture.

MADEIRA COLLECTION:

The Madeira Collection is inspired by the material luxuries of the natural world. The collection consists of six warm hues in an intricate medallion pattern. Each shape is stamped with a trace of golden metallic, lending the entire collection a subtle luminosity. The fabric is crafted in 300-thread-count and 100% cotton sateen. The Madeira Collection offers a Duvet featuring European fabric-covered button closures and a tailored sateen band, a Euro Sham adorned with beautiful tassels, a decorative square pillow and a grand lumbar pillow. The lumbar pillow (21 x 61") is constructed with the same fabric and detailing as the duvet and filled with a weighty down, offering helpful support. The pillow features a three-button closure with pin-thin sateen piping and removable tassels in Lapis Blue. The Madeira Duvet in King/Cal King is $435; the Full/Queen is $375; the Madeira Euro Sham (Insert not included) is $135; the Madeira Square Pillow is $120; and the Madeira Grand Lumbar Pillow is $395.

PERIDOT COLLECTION:

The meticulous line work and faint hint of shimmer gives this collection a clean style that is ideal for the master bedroom. The richly layered six-color pattern is designed with a touch of metallic silver oyster around each medallion, creating a beautiful interplay of sheens. Like the Madeira Collection, the Peridot Duvet features European fabric-covered button closures and a tailored sateen band along with the Peridot euro sham (26" SQ), Peridot Square Pillow (22" SQ), and the coordinating Peridot Grand Lumbar pillow (21 x 61"). The Peridot Duvet in King/Cal King is $435; the Full/Queen is $375; the Peridot Euro Sham (Insert not included) is $135; the Peridot Square Pillow (Insert included) is $120; and the Peridot Grand Lumbar Pillow is $395.

French Ring Sheets (Available in Lapis and Olive):

The graphic rings portrayed on the Lapis and Olive French Ring sheets pick up the colors of the Madeira and Peridot Collections while creating an additional layer of visual texture. The Lapis and Olive French Ring sheeting is offered a-la-carte. The French Ring flat sheet in both Lapis and Olive in Full is $145, in Queen is $145; in King/Cal King is $155; the French Ring fitted sheet in Full is $105, in Queen is $120, in King is $135, and in Cal King is $135; the French Ring pillow cases in Standard size are $105 and in King size are $110.

Hand-Tufted Linen Quilt (Available in Vintage Gold Linen and Oyster Linen):

The Hand-Tufted Linen Quilt is crafted of luxurious stamped metallic linen, creating a multi-dimensional surface to add to the Madeira and Peridot collections. The Vintage Gold Linen Quilt coordinates with the Madeira Collection, while the Oyster Linen Quilt harmonizes beautifully with the Peridot Collection. Each quilt features hand-tied knots in a metallic thread, which add a rich luster. 55% linen, 45% cotton. (Coordinating shams are not tufted.) The Linen quilt in King/Cal King is $455; the Full/Queen is $395; the linen shams (Inserts not included) in Standard are $120 and in King are $145.

Both collections are available for purchase at www.serenaandlily.com or through the Serena & Lily catalog.
