SANTA CLARA, Calif. - (Business Wire) Several Santa Clara University School of Law professors are available to discuss various immigration, international and other cases on the Supreme Court docket. Also, a November 6-7 conference will feature experts on international-law issues likely to affect certain current Supreme Court cases (see last item for details).

Florida (constitutionality of life without parole for juvenile offenders)

Immigration Cases: (Chicanos por la Causa v. Napolitano / U.S. Chamber of Commerce v. Candelaria). The Supreme Court recently asked the Solicitor General to file briefs, indicating the court may take up the controversial case later.
