Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows has recently appointed accomplished chef, Sandy Tuason to the position of Executive Chef for the hotel on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Chef Tuason will oversee all of Mauna Lani's culinary operations and will be instrumental in showcasing Mauna Lani's new dining experience.
Chef Tuason joins us from the Four Seasons Resort in Nevis, West Indies. His 18 years of culinary experience include his tenure as Executive Sous Chef at the Four Seasons, New York and Le Madri Italian Restaurant. He's trained under the tutelage of renowned Chefs Daniel Boulud and David Burke. In London he refined his culinary talents under Star Michelin French Chefs, Albert Roux and Michel Roux.
