the position of Principal in recognition of their substantial and ongoing

Johnny Minassian becomes a Financial Services Group Principal in the
Firm's Beverly Hills office. Frank W. Bonn is now a Principal for the
Financial Services Group in Dallas. There are three new Principals in New
