SAO JOSE DO RIO PRETO, Brazil, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rodobens Negocios Imobiliarios S.A. (Bovespa: RDNI3) announces the launching of the TERRA NOVA CASCAVEL I gated community of single-family homes, in the city of Cascavel, located in the State of Parana countryside.
The Terra Nova Cascavel was designed to be a private housing project totaling 1,700 homes in four independent condominiums at one site. The project will be launched in phases, totaling a potential sales value currently estimated at R$140 million. The project has already approved been by the governmental authorities in its entirety.
In this launching of Terra Nova Cascavel I, 402 homes are being offered at a total selling price from R$69,000 to R$101,000, with monthly installments from R$427 to R$622.
The Terra Nova Cascavel I is the fourth residential project launched by Rodobens this year. In 2008, 1,252 units have already been launched in four different cities (Marilia, SP; Rondonopolis, MT; Santa Cruz do Sul, RS; and Cascavel, PR), totaling a potential sales value of R$100 million belonging to Rodobens.
The project's 402 homes will be built with concrete molded on-site, in a process with high-speed construction and quality. The delivery is scheduled for 12 months from the launch.
