(Bovespa: RDNI3) announces the launching of the 1st phase of the gated community of single-family homes TERRA NOVA RONDONOPOLIS, in the city of Rondonopolis/MT, an important city in the interior of Midwest Brazil.
The Terra Nova Rondonopolis is also the 2nd project launched by Rodobens in year 2008, the 9th project with the Terra Nova brand, and the 66th residential project launched by Rodobens since its foundation.
The total project is planned to have 714 homes in total, in two phases of launching. The 348 homes of the 1st phase are being sold at a total price from R$68,500 to R$97,000, with monthly installments from R$418 to R$592.
The 714 homes of the total project will be built with concrete molded on site, in a process with high speed of construction and quality. The delivery of the 1st phase is scheduled for 14 months from launching.
