PRINCETON, N.J. - (Business Wire) Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ROC) has announced that Perry Golkin, a member of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts LLC, has resigned from the company
’s board of directors, effective November 5, 2008, reducing KKR
’s membership on the board to two. This action is in accordance with the NYSE
’s requirement to have a majority of independent directors on the Rockwood board by November of this year.
