announced the results of a study it conducted earlier tonight to obtain
Americans' real-time perceptions as they viewed Senator Barack Obama's
acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention.

The study was hosted on the firm's mediacurves.com web site, and was
conducted by HCD Research and the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public
Opinion (MCIPO), among self-reported Republicans, Democrats and independents.
As participants viewed the speech, they used their mouse to indicate
whether they agreed or disagreed with the content of the speech in
second-by-second intervals. The results of the study are available on
www.mediacurves.com.
The study is part of an on-going series of studies to provide the media
with a way of comparing and trending Americans' perceptions of the
presidential candidates throughout the 2008 Presidential Election.
