VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- 11/04/09 -- Edward Farrauto announces that on November 3, 2009, he purchased on the public market 389,444 common shares (the "Shares") of Raystar Capital Ltd. (the "Company") (NEX: RYA.H), at a price of $0.06 per Share. Mr. Farrauto is a director and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to the purchase of these Shares, Mr. Farrauto, together with his associates Sail View Capital Ltd. ("Sail View") and Bayridge Capital Corp. ("Bayridge"), owned an aggregate of 2,384,252 Shares, representing approximately 22.53% of the Company's issued and outstanding common share capital. Mr. Farrauto and his associates now own a total of 2,773,697 Shares, representing approximately 26.21% of the issued and outstanding common share capital of the Company. Mr. Farrauto has acquired the common shares for investment purposes and may acquire further securities of the Company for investment purposes, in the market or privately, from time to time.
