LOS ANGELES, CA -- 11/12/08 -- Rare Natural Care, Inc. today introduced two new products into its 100% organic and vegan RARE2B® skin care line: a Toning Cleanser and a soothing Gentle Eye Gel. The eco-centric line is also unveiling newly designed containers which are recyclable, as is the outer packaging.

With the introduction of the Toning Cleanser, RARE2B completes its Basic Skincare Regimen that also includes a Hydrating Day Cream, Restorative Night Cream, and Detox Facial Mask. RARE2B's Toning Cleanser removes dirt and the day's build-up from the face gently and effectively. The unique 2-in-1 formula both cleanses and tones the skin, helping to tighten pores. The Toning Cleanser comes in an 8-ounce bottle that retails for $32. Ingredients in the proprietary RARE2B® "Flawless Complex" used to make the Toning Cleanser are: grapefruit (encourages cell turnover), pineapple (dissolves dead skin cells), white horehound (protects against and minimizes UV induced damage), peppermint (stimulates skin's metabolic progression), witch hazel (effective cleanser and astringent), and cedar bark (rich in tannins and provides excellent toning.)

The RARE2B Gentle Eye Gel soothes delicate skin tissue around the eyes as it reduces the appearance of puffiness and dark circles. It delivers key nutrients to promote a visibly refreshed and toned look. The 0.5 oz. jar is $67. RARE2B®'s "Perfect Complex" used to make the Gentle Eye Gel contains: seaweed (firms and tones skin), honeysuckle (includes soothing, calming, and anti-inflammatory properties), masterwort (replenishes beneficial minerals), watermelon (maintains skin hydration), acacia (soothes skin and improves complexion) and pullulan (lifts and firms skin).

In other company news, Rare Natural today announces the launch of its monthly e-newsletter, "The Organic Scene." Each issue will contain articles with relevant topics, new product updates, education about ingredients used in the RARE2B line, newsworthy environmental events as well as online promotions on RARE2B products. Subscription to the e-newsletter is free, and Rare Natural promises to never sell or trade its email list. To subscribe, email request to: rare@rarenatural.com.

"We are excited to introduce these new RARE2B products as well as our e-newsletter," said Jasmin Saidi-Kuehnert, Rare Natural Care, Inc.'s vice president. "We, at Rare Natural, strive to provide products and information that support environmental responsibility, sustainable living, and a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle."
