LUXEMBOURG, June 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quilmes Industrial
(Quinsa), Societe Anonyme ("Quinsa") announced that as of today it has filed a
Form 15F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to terminate the
registration of its Class B shares under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of
1934. Today's filing will immediately suspend Quinsa's U.S. reporting
obligations and is expected to terminate Quinsa's U.S. reporting obligations
in ninety days. Quinsa's Class B shares continue to be listed on the
Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

office of Quinsa in Luxembourg at the address referred to above.
