The reported net income (before non controlling interests) was $45 million compared to a net loss of $258 million in the same quarter last year. The company also announced that its Board of Directors of the Canadian division of the company, Genworth MI Canada Inc., confirmed a fourth quarter dividend of $0.22, per common share, payable on December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 16, 2009. Activision Publishing Inc. (NASDAQ: ATVI), $11.119, +$0.029, 0.26%, the company’s shares have been actively trading this morning as it was announced that now those operating with Guitar Hero 5 can import 69 tracks into Band Hero or import 61 tracks from Band Hero to Guitar Hero 5.
