The last news release confirms that construction of the Orosi Mine in Nicaragua is 95% complete and remains on schedule for completion and the commencement of production in late November 2009. Timmins Gold Corporation (TSX-V: TMM), $0.95, +$0.05, 5.56%, a gold producing company in Mexico, is making gains today with over 3.2 million shares traded so far on no news. The month’s news release confirmed that Sprott Asset Management LP, has agreed to provide USD$15 million senior secured financing to fund the development of Timmins’ wholly-owned San Francisco gold project in Mexico.
