Phoenix Theatres Announces the Grand Opening of Eastgate 10 Theatre

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix Theatres today announced grand opening details for the new Eastgate 10 Theatre at Eastgate Shopping Center in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

After undergoing extensive upgrades in the past several months, Eastgate 10 Theatre will return to Mayfield Heights on Friday, November 6. "Eastgate 10 is going to once again be a great community theatre. The centralized location, plentiful parking, big screens and recent renovations will make a trip to the movies fun and a convenient place for Cleveland residents to enjoy high quality, Hollywood entertainment." said Phil Zacheretti, President of Phoenix Adlabs Theatre Management which will manage Eastgate 10 Theatres. Eastgate 10 Theatre has upgraded projection to offer Digital 3D movies. The official grand opening on November 6 will feature a Digital 3D Presentation of Disney's A Christmas Carol. "The quality and image of digital cinema and Digital 3D is phenomenal. Combine that with the terrific special effects, retelling of the Dickens' Classic and amazing cast led by Jim Carrey and A Christmas Carol is the perfect movie to start the holiday season and welcome the theatre back to Mayfield Heights," explained Zacheretti. "Hollywood has stepped up production of 3D movies and we felt it was important to be able to show these movies as intended at Eastgate."

Eastgate Shopping Center is committed to the local community and bringing back a first-class theatre playing first-run movies. Additional upgrades include a renovated lobby, concession stand and interior, as well as, the addition of a party room for celebrating birthdays or special events prior to a movie. The 10 screen theatre has approximately 1700 seats, digital surround sound in all theatres, auditoriums with wall-to-wall screens and several with stadium seating, and all seats offering cup-holder armrests. Eastgate 10 will offer a wide selection of traditional concessions and refreshments, a game room, and for added convenience, online advance ticketing through MovieTickets.com.
