BOSTON, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- An expert from PAREXEL International Corporation (Nasdaq: PRXL), a leading global biopharmaceutical services provider, will address the role that clinical trials in China can play in achieving cost savings and efficiencies at the 8th Annual Partnerships in Clinical Trials Congress, being held November 3 - 6, 2009 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
